I usually work at Anytime Gym, Aldgate East, or Muscleworks gym, Bethnal Green, but if you have a preferred gym I can train you there.

I am not the kind of Trainer who believes that in order to lose fat or gain muscles we need to remove a specific category of nutrients as carbohydrates or fats. Sport means Health, and being healthy means eating everything in the right measure, above all a good diet brings a good mental health which is fundamental as well.
Bodybuilding is related to science and everything I do is based on it.
I can even advise the right food and vitamin supplements you can take take. Nowadays people think that drinking Protein shakes without a right diet and a good training session will make you reach your results but this is completely uncorrect. Marketing is pushing ourselves to buy more and more different kinds of supplements without even explaining the reason of that choice.
I usually advise my clients to train up to 5 times a week and I can provide you with a discounted training package if you pay more than 10 or 20 sessions in advance.
